My first job in the visual arts was as a photographer for Francisco & Booth Studios in Dallas where I worked on the Neiman Marcus and Horchow Collection catalogs. I then became an art director for the Dallas Times Herald newspaper where I was in charge of their Style Section creating ads, editorial illustrations, and overseeing fashion photography shoots. Eventually, I founded The McFarlin Group, a design studio that created a variety of graphics, from logos to package design, for a variety of companies, from General Electric to Frito-Lay.
Below are my recent logo designs created on computer. Please contact me to arrange a viewing of my design studio’s full portfolio featuring hand-drawn illustrations and logos.
